Willie Shaw Bonds

Willie Shaw Bonds, 85, resident of Bell Street died Tuesday, June 17, 2003 at Abbeville Nursing Home.

Born in Abbeville County, she was a homemaker and a member of the Baptist faith.

Surviving are sister, Mary Etta McCurry of West Columbia; and a number of nieces and nephews.

She was the widow of John "Buck" Bonds and the daughter of the late E.C. and Eliza Moore Shaw.

Graveside services are at 11 a.m. Friday at Smryna Cemetery, Lowndesville, with the Rev. Joe Moore officiating. The body is at The Chandler-Jackson Funeral Home in Abbeville.

The family suggests memorials be made to Smryna Cemetery in Lowdesville, S.C., 29659.
