William "Tommy" Randolph Wilson

William Randolph "Tommy" Wilson, 83, resident of 302 Washington St. husband of Myrtle Yearwood Wilson passed away peacefully at his home Saturday Jan. 27, 2018.

Born in Abbeville, SC he was a son of the late Lawrence Wilson and Lucille Thompson Wilson.

Tommy was a retired United States Air Force veteran with 23 years of service. He served during the Vietnam War and the Korean Conflict. After retirement Tommy worked a number of years for Abbeville Mills. Tommy will be remembered for his kind and caring nature.

Survivors include his beloved wife of the home; two daughters Robin Lewis of Camack, Georgia and Tammy M. Fairley of Augusta, Georgia; one son Robert Warren of Harlem, Georgia; nineteen grandchildren and twenty eight great-grandchildren; and his caregiver Ella Mae Dawson.

Tommy was twice married first to the late Yvonne Black Wilson.

Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday Jan. 30, 2018 at 11:00 AM in the Chandler Chapel at Chandler-Jackson Funeral Home. The burial will follow at 2:00 PM in Adam's Chapel Cemetery in Dearing, Georgia.

The family will receive friends Monday evening from 6:00 until 7:30 at the funeral home.
