Terri Savitz

Teresa "Terri" Leigh Stewart Savitz, 58, of Greenwood, SC passed away Thursday Jan. 10, 2019. She was born on March 4, 1960 in San Angelo, Texas the daughter of Charlotte Watson Stewart and the late Ronald E. Stewart.

Terri loved family game nights, sitting outside, and going to the lake with friends. She was a loving and compassionate person who loved to be silly. She had the most beautiful smile that could light up your soul and had a vivacious personality that always made people around her laugh. She made friends everywhere she went. Terri loved coming home on special occasions sitting around with her brother and sister, Mom and Roger and Daughter Alex and Chris, and other family members laughing and telling stories. She could spin a story and keep you entertained for hours. Her relationship with her brother Tony and sister Tina was not like any other. She was a wonderful big Sister who always had their back and always took her older sister duties seriously. Most of all she loved and adored her only child Alexandra. The pure joy you would she radiating from her face when she spoke of her would warm your heart. She wanted nothing more than her to have a wonderful life. A dream that seemed to be coming true when Ali meet and married Chris White.

  Terri is preceded in death by her father Ronald E. Stewart, and her grandmother Marie Fine and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

The family of Terri wishes to extend our sincere thanks to the incredible staff at HospiceCare of the Piedmont in Greenwood, SC, Ann Daniels, Becky Coleman, Fred Fuller, and everyone who came together to support and care for her.

  Terri is survived by her loving daughter Alexandra White/ husband Chris, Her mother Charlotte Stewart Harvey/ Stepfather Roger Harvey, Brother Tony Stewart/wife Amanda, sister Tina Stewart Coleman/husband Patrick, Half sister Andrea Stewart Azarian, half brother Darren Stewart. Her absolute favorite cousin Danny Carroll and Favorite Aunt "Mama Jo" Carroll and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

A Celebration of Terri's life will be conducted Sunday Jan. 13, 2019 at 2:00 PM in the Chapel at Chandler-Jackson Funeral Home. The family will receive friends after services at the funeral home.
