Tanna Scott Hanks

Tanna Scott Hanks, 33, resident of 208 Langley St. passed away Friday Sept. 5, 2014.

Born in Greenwood, SC she was a daughter of Bobby and Connie Ellis Scott.

Tanna will be missed for her loving spirit and caring nature. She will be sorely missed by her loving family and her many friends. She was a member of Little Mountain Presbyterian Church.

Survivors include her parents Bobby and Connie Ellis Scott; children Kirsten, Paige, Gracee and Emma; siblings, Jeremy Scott and his wife, Cherie (Taylor & Brandt); Leighanne Scott and her fiancé Michael Irby (Bennet & Heath), Brittany Scott and her fiancé Wes Simpson (Drake) and Dusty Scott and his fiancé Carly Newton; maternal grandparents Jimmy and Edna Ellis.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents Jim and Eunice Scott.

Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday Sept. 10, 2014 at 3:00 PM in the Chandler Chapel at Chandler-Jackson Funeral Home with the Revs. Marion Argo and Billy Capps officiating. The burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.

The family will receive friends Wednesday afternoon from 1:00 until 3:00 PM at the funeral home prior to services. The family is at the home 208 Langley St. Abbeville, SC.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in memory of Tanna may be made to Chandler-Jackson Funeral Home 208 S. Main St. Abbeville, SC 29620 to help defray funeral expenses.
