Shane Edward Thomas

Shane Edward Thomas, 36, resident of Hilton Dr., entered into rest Tuesday August 6, 2024 at AnMed Health Medical Center.

Born on September 20, 1987, to Ray Edward and Teresa Lynn Brown Thomas he was a graduate of Cresent High Scholl and Tri-County Technical College. He was employed with the Ilpea Corporation in Anderson.

Shane enjoyed hunting, but mostly enjoyed spending time with his son.

Surviving are his parents of the home, his son Owen Ray Thomas of the home; his brother, Travis Ray Thomas of Greenville; special aunts, Kay Pressley of Due West and Vivan Warren (Ernest) of Starr; special cousins, Troy Pressley (Shelia) of Due West, and Missy Alewine (Gary) of Hodges. He was predeceased by his paternal grandparents, George and Miyuki Thomas, his maternal grandparents, Elon and Rachel Brown, and a special uncle, Alan Pressley.

Funeral services will be conducted Friday at 11:00 am at the Chandler Chapel of the Chandler-Jackson Funeral Home with Rev. Tony Brown officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens. 

The family is at the home and will receive friends Thursday evening from 6 to 8 PM at Chandler-Jackson Funeral Home.
