Ruth Robinson Pressley

Ruth Robinson Pressley, 93, of 111 Orange St., widow of Haynes Pressley Sr., died Tuesday, Nov. 16, 2004, at Self Regional Medical Center in Greenwood.

Born in Abbeville County, she was the daughter of the late John and Allie Harrison Robinson. She was a retired employee of Abbeville County School District No. 60. She was a faithful member of Washington St. Presbyterian Church USA.

Surviving are son, Haynes Pressley Jr. of Atlanta; daughters, Louisa Pressley of Columbia, Alice Doyle of College Park, Ga., and Barbara Lisbon of Columbia; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Services are at 11 a.m. Saturday at Washington St. Presbyterian Church USA by the Rev. Alice Ridgill; burial will be in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
