Roy Hughes

Roy Dennis Hughes, 68, resident of 4 Lake wind Court husband of Alice Hughes passed away Tuesday Nov. 12, 2019 at his home.

Born in Green cove Springs, FL he was a son of Virginia Parkenson Kirby and the late Elbert Leroy Hughes.

Roy proudly served his country in the United States Navy as a member of the CV’s. He was a retired Electrician by trade.

Survivors include: His beloved wife of 47 years Alice Bryant Hughes of the home; two sons Heath Hughes (Jenny) of Okeechobee, FL and Troy Hughes (Claire) of Orlando, FL; his mother Virginia Kirby of Okeechobee, FL; one brother James Hughes of Archer, FL; four grandchildren Addison Hughes, Bryant Hughes, Isla Hughes and Wiley Vaughn.

A Celebration of Roy’s life will be announced at a later date.
