Mary Ann Loftis Breedlove

Mary Ann Loftis Breedlove, 81, resident of 140 Loftis Rd. widow of William "Billy" Breedlove passed away Friday Oct. 13, 2017 at her home.

Born in Abbeville, SC she was a daughter of the late Evans Loftis and Lula Mae Watkins Loftis.

Mary Ann was a retired receptionist with an OBGYN doctor's office. She was a member of Smyrna United Methodist Church. Mary Ann was an avid football fan having loved going to Clemson and Abbeville football games. Mary Ann loved her family and friends and she will be missed by them all.

Survivors include three sisters Johnnie Botts of Abbeville, SC, Betty Sammons of Calhoun Falls, SC and Toby Thompson of Clarksville, VA; one brother Billy "Goaty" Loftis of Atlanta, GA; one granddaughter Hannah Breedlove of Hardeeville, SC; a daughter-in-law Donna Breedlove of Hardeeville, SC.

She was preceded in death by a son Keith Breedlove and a brother Joe Loftis and three sisters Aileen Nixon, Liz Purdy and Claytie McNeill.

Funeral services will be conducted Sunday Oct. 15, 2017 at 2:00 PM in the Chandler Chapel at Chandler-Jackson Funeral Home with Pastor Tony Temple officiating. The burial will follow in Long Cane Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Sunday afternoon from 1:00 until 2:00 PM prior to services at the funeral home. The family is at the home 140 Loftis Rd. Abbeville, SC.
