Kenneth Eugene Summers, Sr., 69, resident of Edgefield Street, entered into rest Wednesday August 7, 2024, at his residence.

Born on February 9, 1955, to the late Leonard Samuel Summers, Sr. and the late Sybil Cynthia Turner Summers, he was a self employed brick mason for many years.

Surviving are his children, Kenneth Eugene Summers, Jr. (Josh Ruff) of Weaverville, NC, Sedena Summers Saxon (Evan) of Dewey Rose, GA, and Katie Summers Marcengill (Dylan) of Ft. Stewart, GA; his sister, Brenda Diane Ball (David) of Tipton, OK; his grandchildren, Blakley Marcengill, Koe Marcengill, Ivan Saxon, and Samuel Saxon.
