Johnny Calhoun Williams, 76, resident of 3566 Keowee Rd. entered into his eternal life at Hospice House in Anderson, SC Monday Oct. 3, 2016.
Born in Anderson April 14, 1940 he was a son of the late Ethel James Williams and Mary Burton Williams. He was widower of Nora Brock Williams.
Johnny was a retired textile employee having retired with Mayfair Mills. He was a 22 year member of the Army Reserve. He was a member of Keowee Baptist Church.
Survivors include his special beloved friend, Betty Little; two daughters Vickie Giles (Albert) of Abbeville, SC and Lisa Iannone and her fiancé Zachary Thompson of Due West, SC; six sisters Joyce Dodgen, Hazel Campbell, Shelby Williams, Martha Human, Etrulia McClain and Mary Bannister; three brothers Paul, Leroy and Kenneth Williams; five grandchildren Brandon Giles, Cory Giles, Erin Iannone, Emma Iannone, and Lilly Iannone: one great-grandchild, Jase Giles.
He was preceded in death by three brothers Frank, MC and James Williams and two sisters Helen Whitfield and Nancy Williams.
Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday Oct. 5, 2016 at 2:00 PM at Keowee Baptist Church. The burial will follow in Garden of Memories Honea Path Hwy. Belton, SC with Full Military Honors.
The family will receive friends Wednesday afternoon from 1:00 until 2:00 PM prior to services at Keowee Baptist Church social hall. The family is at the home 3566 Keowee Rd. Honea Path, SC.
