John Willard Reed

John Willard Reed, 81, resident of 705 Shirley St. husband of Jeanne Helms Carwile Reed died Thursday June 22, 2006 at The Hospice House in Greenwwod, SC.

Born in Manhattan, NY he was a son of the late `Joseph and Ann Tamburello Penzato.

He was a former Automotive Body Repairman and retired from the SC Highway Dept. He was also a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Abbeville, SC.

Survivors include his wife Jeanne Helms Carwile Reed of the home, step-son Jimmy Carwile of Abbeville, SC, nephew raised in the home, Joey Penzato and his wife Joanne, 1 brother Joseph Penzato of New Paltz, NY, 1 sister Dr. Sadie Penzato of New Paltz, NY, 1 granddaughter and several nieces and nephews.
