James "Scooter" Arthur Cantrell

James Arthur 'Scooter' Cantrell, 63, formerly of 310 Ferry St. Abbeville, SC husband of Regina Keifer Cantrell died Thursday Dec. 25, 2003 at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio.

Born in Abbeville, SC he was a son of the late Lee Troy and Maggie Mae Thomas Cantrell.

He was the former owner and operator of Willington Campground. He was a US Army veteran and attended Friendship Baptist Church.

Survivors are: wife-Regina Keifer Cantrell of the home.

Graveside services will be conducted Monday Dec. 29, 2003 at 2:00 PM from Long Cane Cemetery in Abbeville, SC.

The body is at The Chandler-Jackson Funeral Home where the family will receive friends from 1:00 until 2:00 PM Monday afternoon prior to services.

The family will be at the home of his brother Billy Ray Cantrell after services Monday afternoon.
