Geraldine White Whitworth

Geraldine White Whitworth, 78, of 4254 S.C. 184, widow of Wesley John Whitworth, died Thursday, April 29, 2004, at Self Regional Medical Center in Greenwood.

Born in West Terre Haute, Ind., she was the daughter of the late Roy and Gertrude White.

She was a homemaker and was a member of The Florida Church of God.

Surviving are daughters, Mona Vaughn and Rosie Cassandra, both of Due West, and Alison Lane of Greenwood; 12 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

Memorial services will be conducted at a later date.

The Chandler-Jackson Funeral Home, Abbeville is in charge of arrangements.
