Frances Anglin Bond, 75, of 105 Railroad St. died Monday, June 17, 2002, at the Anderson Area Medical Center.
Born in Ware Shoals, she was a retired cloth inspector with Abbeville Mills and was a member of Southside Baptist Church.
Surviving are widower, William Carl Bond Sr. of the home; son, Billy Bond of Greenwood; daughters, Darnell Hughes of Wilmington, N.C., and Marian Michael of Boone, N.C.; sister, Ruth Driver of Dallas, Ga.; 15 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
She was the daughter of the late Conyers and Mattie Hall Anglin. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Essie Brown and Grace Link.
Services are at 2 p.m. Thursday at Southside Baptist Church by the Rev. Earl Hartley; burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens. The body will be placed in the church at 1 p.m. Thursday. The body is at The Chandler-Jackson Funeral Home, where the family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday.
