Blanche Caroline Ashley

Blanche Caroline Ashley, 78, resident of 485 J.T. Ashley Rd. wife of J.T. Ashley died Sunday July 9, 2006 at her home.

Born in Honea Path, SC she was a daughter of the late John Guy and Audrey Martin Ashley.

Mrs. Ashley was a retired Assistant Personel Manager with Bloomsburg Mills for many years. She was also an active member of Mt. Bethel Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband J.T. Ashley of the home, 1 daughter Audrey Guy and her husband Dr. John of Honea Path, SC, 2 grandsons Rocky Guy of the home and Christopher Guy of Honea Path, SC, 2 sisters Nancy Smith of Honea Path, SC and Rose Fields of Honea Path, SC, 1 brother Randy Ashley of Ware Shoals, SC.
She was preceded in death by 3 brothers Blake, John and Jerry Ashley.

Graveside services will be conducted Tuesday July 11, 2006 at 3:00 PM from Mt. Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Ron Culberson officiating.

The body is at The Chandler-Jackson Funeral Home. The family will recieve friends from 2:00 until 3:00 PM Tuesday afternoon in the church social hall at Mt. Bethel Baptist Church. The family is at the home 485 J.T. Ashley Rd. Honea Path, SC.
