Arlie B. Moore

  Arlie B Moore, Jr (Chip), 64 passed away on September 29, 2022, after a brief illness. His final days were spent in the company of his daughter and two brothers.

  Born in West Warwick, RI, he was the son of the late Lorraine (Frates) Moore and Arlie B Moore Sr. He is survived by his daughter who was the light of his life, Lisa Moore (Bobby) of Florida, his brothers, Michael Moore (Suzanne) of South Carolina, Gary Moore (Lawanda), of Louisiana, and many aunts, cousins, nieces, and nephews of Rhode Island.

  Chip was a likeable, good time guy who loved playing pool and enjoyed spending time (and sharing a beer and a cigarette) with his many friends from Rhode Island, Florida, Maine, and South Carolina.

  The family would like to give a special thanks to the staff at Abbeville Area Medical Center and Self Regional Hospital for their compassionate care. As well as a thank you to the members of Abbeville Presbyterian Church for their prayers of support. And lastly a big thank you to one of his best friends, Billy Spencer, of West Warwick, Rhode Island for being there for him in his final days.
